We built this around a single visual: a perfectly symmetrical crab form.
Why a crab? Because in Eastern tradition, the crab isn’t just food – it’s a symbol of sideways wisdom, resilience, and unexpected fortune. But we’re not here to lecture you on symbolism. We’re here to tell you that when you cut into one of these, the center flows.

That’s not poetic marketing fluff – that’s literally what happens. The salted egg custard core is crafted from real premium crab roe, slow-simmered at controlled temperatures until it reaches that sweet spot between savory and creamy, with a deep umami hit that makes your brain go ding.
